Subscription terms

These operational terms must be reviewed by the business owner and legal adviser before production launch.

Recurring membership

Referral CRM membership costs ₹1,000 per month. By authorizing the mandate, you permit Razorpay and its payment partners to collect the recurring monthly amount until cancellation.

Access and failed payments

CRM access is activated after payment is verified by the server. Access may be limited after the paid-through date if renewal fails, is disputed, or is refunded.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation from Billing. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid cycle; access normally continues until that date.

Refunds and privacy

Refund eligibility, support contacts, company identity, privacy retention periods, and applicable taxes must be supplied in the production policy. Payment-card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by this CRM.
